Shipping and Refund Policy
Free international shipping on orders of $150+*
Free local delivery in a 25km radius from the store.
Shipping is about 1-3 days national and 5-13 days international.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Please note: tracking information may take up to one (1) business day to be updated after your order has been shipped. International shipping times may vary.
All sales are final. There aren't any returns/refunds or exchange for items that you ordered online or in-store, except for receiving the wrong size, condition or product as ordered.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email address below to arrange a refund or exchange. Note that there might be minimal defective manufacture problems from the product's brand itself that we can't control.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your request. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Products must be in original, unused condition without any tags removed, and the shoe box must be in original condition. I If the shoe box is returned damaged by tape, writing, labels or swapped with a completely different box you will be charged a $20 fee and the item(s) will be sent back to the shipping address. When returning shoes, the return will be rejected if the shoe box is used as the external shipping box.
- Product must be in unused condition with tags attached, and the shoe box must remain in original condition. If a product is altered, damaged, or in unsellable condition - you return will be denied, you will not receive a refund, and our distribution center will not resend your items back to you.
- Release products, discounted merchandise, and any product noted as FINAL SALE during checkout are not eligible for a refund. If you return these items, you will not receive a refund and our distribution center will not resend your items back to you.
